Inspection at the port of discharge, if required, shall be at the Buyer’s option and expense. PAYMENT TERMSAccepted payment instruments: • SBLC MT760 (irrevocable, divisible, revolving, unencumbered, transferable) или • DLC MT700 (irrevocable, divisible, revolving, unencumbered, transferable) Method of payment: • MT103 Payment condition: 100% payment of the shipment value is effected at the port of loading in Brazil, after completion of loading and upon issuance and presentation of the full set of shipping documents, including inspection report. Payment is made before vessel departure, against documents, at the port of loading. PERFORMANCE BONDThe Seller issues a Performance Bond (PB) equal to 2% of the shipment value in favor of the Buyer, in accordance with the agreed commercial procedure. Issuance of the PB activates the non-operative SBLC or DLC.
